Alrighty! Well it has been a fantastic semester and the fun and games have come to an end. I am currently safe in my California Oasis where the Sun is beating down and Christmas is tomorrow, but I am going to sum up this awesome semester for ya!:) I finished my crazy finals on Wednesday so that on Thursday and Friday I could have time to work hard in Catering. Thursday was busy because I took back my books, my laptop, packed, bought presents...then I worked. That shift was one of the most ridiculous shifts I have everrrr worked. 1) We couldn't find the rolls any where and finally found them in the drop off CPO area 2) We took (I took) the wrong dessert- I grabbed the chocolate cake instead of chocolate lushes, so my manager was freaking out like crazy 3) The desserts weren't pre-set up so we had to cut, add topping, and serve them- there was like NO time 4) I was taking a cart back with lots of dishes and I accidentally ran the cart into ice which caused the whole dishes container to spill and 5 dishes were smashed 5) Karina spilled dressing everywhere so we had to mop that up 6) Jancen forgot to take the hot food out of the hot cart so the mean lady over the dish crew let it out on our manager...RIDICULOUS.
The next day was much better, we worked probably 7 hours that day. Our manager gave us pies from president clark which was nice:) That night I packed a ton and then hung out at my friend Trevor's apartment while they worked on a project (I mainly was just lonely since Megan left Wednesday and Katie and Sarah left Friday afternoon). Saturday morning I cleaned for 4.5 hours straight! DEEEP cleaned. Then my Grandma and Grandpa Bohn picked me up and helped me carry all of my tons of junk out of the apartment- the car was squishy, but we fit! I enjoyed that night with them so very much:)  We talked, watched a really sappy Christmas movie, listened to Carolers, and made candy cane and frosting covered pretzels. The next morning we went to the first hour of Sacrament where there was a lovely Christmas Program. When we got home, I took my stuff for the next four months and put it in the car. We met my friend Darryl at a gas station and from there he took another girl and I down to Salt Lake. We had such a fun conversation about life and different things while we listened to Christmas and church music. I appreciated him so very much. He even tipped the man helping me with my luggage for me. I hope I see him again.
After that I went to my flight waiting area to wait for 2 hours for my flight. I ended up seeing a guy that I had danced with a lot at BYU-Idaho Country dancing. We talked for an hour and half!!! I loved seeing him and being able to feel a little more comfortable with someone I know. After that I got Wendy's and then went on my two flights In these flights I met a girl from BYU Provo and a Couple who are Japanese. It was really fun to talk to them. I then rushed into the arms of my Parents as I got off the plane. This Semester has been insane and so fun!!! I've made memories that I will never forget. I've also met people I will never forget. Now that I'm home I am going to start teaching Violin lessons to children to pay for my mission that I will go on after Spring semester. Life moves forward- I am so grateful for my family! Being away from them has taught me to appreciate them so much!!! Well, til next semester!I'll start up my blog again mid-April:) Merry Christmas!!! See you next year:D!!!

Okay, so it’s only been a few days- but it’s been a jam-packed couple of days!!! Monday I studied for about 6 hours and got several of my final projects finished. That night I went with my roommates to our ward’s closing social where there was dinner and we could say goodbye to people. It was fun! After dinner I went to the gym and worked out. Then, I came home and watched a sappy Christmas movie on Netflix called “12 dates of Christmas.” On Tuesday I went to my marriage class for the last time and then worked about 9 hours= that’s all of those picturesJ Sean (a hilarious dorky guy from Kentucky with a heavy accent) took a ton of pics. As usual- it was a blast working with a ton of people at these big parties!
Yesterday I went to a bunch of my classes for the last time. I loved my science buddies, they were a hoot- so fun to hang with! Ashton, the guy next to me is getting married in like two weeks and the other guy with darker skin is Sefa- he is from New Zealand and has this heavy accent. The other girl is from Montana so that’s what we call her. I took my Science final and got an 80%= so glad it’s done!:) After my last class was done, I came home and made ‘Lucy’s cookies’ and then went to my closest friends apartments across campus. I went to Ashley’s place and gave her some cookies and some jewelry I bought her for Chrismas- we ended up talking a while. I’m going to miss her so much- this was a goodbye for two years since I’m heading on my mission in like 7 months and she was Fall/Winter and I’m Fall/Spring (sadly that’s the case with most of those I have met here).

I then headed over to Cade’s place- it was really hard to say goodbye. I appreciated his kindness and friendship this semester so much. I gave him the cookies and a ‘CTR’ tie tack I bought him. I could tell he was tickled pink. Cool thing with Cade is that he’s leaving on his mission to Chile in like 3 weeks and we’ll both get back from our missions at the same time and go to that Spring semester. Yeah, ill miss him a lot. After that, a bunch of friends from my Family Relations class picked me up in one of the girl’s minivans. We headed to her place where her husband and 2 year old little boy was and we had food, messed around, played gamesJ That picture of me with those two girls is at that party. The darker skinned girl is from Jamaica and her name is Apple (this was her house) and then Chyanne(the girl who’s driving with Daryl and me to Utah on Sunday. So yeah!!! Three days to go!:O So excited!!!!!!!
